A few years ago I finished 2 Half Marathons and finished the St Croix Half Ironman. Also completed several other Triathlons of various distances.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Running now to get back in shape and train for first Marathon.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Long term goals are to qualify for Boston and for Ironman Kona
Personal:
Married and have started my Thai wife running. It is a great joy to run with her and see her reaching milestones.

IT Band pain at 1.5 miles so walked the rest.
I suppose more rest is needed to get rid of the pain.
Ice and stretching today.
KKK. Easy pace run. Just starting again after 10 days rest for IT Band. Slight pain at 2.5 miles. More ice and stretching.
